Terms of Service

By submitting material to BoundToDigital, you represent that you own the material, control the relevant rights, have permission from the rights holder, or are otherwise legally authorized to request the reproduction and conversion services.

BoundToDigital may decline projects that present legal, safety, condition, technical, or operational concerns. Quotes are estimates until the material is inspected. Final scope, price, turnaround time, scanning method, return shipping, file formats, quality level, and retention period will be stated in the order confirmation.

Customers are responsible for securely packing materials. BoundToDigital will use reasonable care in handling submitted items, but fragile, rare, damaged, or irreplaceable materials require prior disclosure and may need specialized service terms.

Digital conversion may contain recognition, formatting, pronunciation, or narration errors. Human proofreading and specialized formatting may be available for an additional fee.

Customer files are provided for the customer’s authorized use and are not licensed for public redistribution unless the customer independently holds the necessary rights.

These starter terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before accepting paid orders.
